Job Skills / Requirements JOB DESCRIPTIOINS: Working as an after-hour shift supervisor in our mobile department in the Prince George Office, you are responsible for leading the security team during your shift and ensuring that the security services delivered by the Mobile Team are of a high standard. This role ensures smooth operations during the after-hour shift and clear communication with the Mobile Supervisor through detailed email summaries.

Schedule Example:
- Evenings: Wed-Sun 15:00-23:00
- Nights: Sun - Thurs 23:00-07:00
- Spare Shift: Fri - Sat 23:00-07:00, Mon - Tue 15:00-23:00
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training & Standards:
- Ensure the team is up to date with training procedures, including Troubleshooting during patrols and alarms. Report writing standards and notebook audits.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) audits.
- Conduct inspections for all mobile vehicles at the start and end of each shift.
- Check for dents, scratches, low tire pressure, and report findings to the Manager.
- Attend alarms and patrol sites during shift.
- Act as the designated Alarm Dispatcher amongst Mobile Officers.
- Ensure officers follow post orders for each alarm response.
- Alarm Response Reporting: Collate all alarm responses during the shift into an email to be sent to the Mobile Manager. (The email includes: Proofread reports and immediate follow-up on any issues. Complete details in reports: incident event numbers, site names, operator names, and timestamps. Confirmation that officers followed post orders for each alarm.)
- Issues encountered during the shift.
- Number and reasons for missed patrols or alarms.
- Any vehicle issues.
- Missing checkpoint tags at sites.
- Keys needing replacement (due to lock changes or damage).
- Missing keys (to be reported).
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Valid BC Security License
- Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver License with 5 years of clean driving abstract
- English (oral and written) fluency is a must
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
- Must be able to provide or obtain a certification in Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
- Must be able to obtain Courthouse and CRA Clearance
- Previous Supervisor experience will be considered as an asset
