Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours Payrate: $29.77/hourly

The Mobile Supervisor responds to sites on an as needed basis and provides supervision, guidance, and assistance to KHSC facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of security supervisor experience in healthcare. This position also requires driving a branded Paladin vehicle between sites. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactive & reactive security patrols
- Response to incidents
- Liase with Paladin management, the client, and the front-line staff
- Report writing
- Schedule/timesheet management
- Dispatching/Deployment
- Vehicle management/maintenance requests
- Supervising teams between 3 to 10 staff per site
- Investigate routine incidents
- Parking and smoking enforcement/by-laws
- Policy awareness and enforcement
- Additional Duties as Assigned
- Must have
- Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
- Valid First Aid/CPR - Level C from WSIB-approved source
- Minimum 6 months healthcare security experience (or relevant equivalant experience)
- Proof of CV vaccinations
- Valid G-level driver's license
- A clean driving abstract
- Must be able to
- Complete extensive patrolling of interior and exterior of site (including in inclement weather)
- Remain calm in emergency situations
- Follow and enforce site rules and regulations as set out by both the client and Paladin
- Operate independently as well as part of a team to complete tasks
- clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
- Complete reports at the end of shift as well as incident reports
- Complete and maintain certification in Stay Safe
- Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's Stay Safe training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
- Please be aware: The Stay Safe training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availability
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
- Minimum 1 year of previous healthcare security supervisor experience
- 2 years of healthcare security experience (or relevant equivalent experience)
Certification Requirements (Any)
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid G or G2 Drivers License
