Summary:
Perform basic and routine custodial duties at various buildings throughout the Oneida Nation and works shift hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as determined and assigned by the Custodial Supervisor. The applicant may be required to work in the presence of children and/or elderly to accomplish job duties.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine custodial duties
* Clean bathrooms
* Empty refuse containers
* Refill various dispensers (soap, tissue, paper, etc...)
* Clean mirrors, window sills, windows and window tracks (inside and out)
* Dust mop and wet mop floors
* Vacuum carpets
* Assist Maintenance when necessary to arrange and rearrange furniture to include setting up for meetings as directed by Supervisor
* Clean and maintain cleaning equipment
* Assist with spills, messes, and accidents pertaining to sickness
* Practice excellent customer service skills at all times to include, but not limited to addressing customer and employee needs courteously and promptly (Customer service provided shall be in line with the organizations "Good Mind" core values)
* Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required
* Dust furniture and equipment replacing to original setting when finished

Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* General Ed, High School Equivalency Diploma, HS Diploma
* Applicants age 50 and older are exempt from this requirement
Nonessential:
* Child Abuse Reporting Policy (CARP) Training (Hrd), required to obtain within ninety (90) days of employment.

Must be willing and able to obtain additional related education and training.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and adhere to the Nation Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy.
A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or a 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment.
Must provide a copy of diploma/degree, license, or certification upon employment.
