Certification Details
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, EFM, Tech Cert Verification - National, HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification.
• Must meet certain certification prerequisites before starting.

Job Details
• Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility OhioHealth Grant, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 to be eligible to apply.
• ARRT certified CT Tech (CT AND XR) with 2 years of experience.
• Position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures.
• Provides radiation safety for operator and patient.
• Specs include charcoal grey scrubs, EPIC EMR.
• Typical volume or census for dept is 270-290 scans per day.

Job Requirements
• 2 years of experience.
• Registered with ARRT.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.
• Graduate of an approved accredited radiology technology program.
• OH State License required, pending license is accepted.
• Large hospital experience preferred.
• BLS Certification.

Schedule Information
• Shift: 4x10's Nights (2100-0730); NO WEEKENDS, holidays as assigned.

• 1,059 bed magnet hospital and flagship of OhioHealth.
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (4044).
• Required documentation forms, including Residency Declaration Form and acknowledgment of various policies.
