Certification Details
• Must hold BLS certifications.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, EFM, Tech Cert Verification - National may be required based on position.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required
• State License 1 Verification required
• NURSYS Verification required

Job Details
• No Local (100 mile radius)
• Location: OhioHealth Grant Methodist Hospital
• Title: Med Surg Ortho RN *must read and interpret tele*
• Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: night shift, 7p - 7a, 36 hours per week, every other weekend and every other holiday requirement.

Job Requirements
• 1.5 years of MS/Tele nursing experience
• Travel experience preferred
• Must be able to read and interpret tele
• Must hold BLS certifications.

Schedule Information
• night shift, 7p - 7a
• 36 hours per week
• every other weekend and every other holiday requirement.

Unit Specific Information
• MS Tele unit, nursing ratios 5:1, can flex to 6:1 pending staffing
• COVID patients on unit (RN provides primary care, ratio 3:1, rotation between staff to prevent burnout)
• Most surgical patients (Ortho, GYN, Spine, Urology etc.), ED patients (ex: DM, COPD, Headache, etc.)

Additional Details
• APN Candidates: I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required.
• * Hospice, Home Health, or anyone required to drive for their position: Requires a copy of driver's license with them at all times.
• This does not expire for the client.
• Of note, the "date declared" on the form should be the date that the candidate began living in the state, not the date the form was signed.
