Certification Details
• BLS (AHA) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - if required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - if required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) - if required
• CHEMO (Chemotherapy) certification - required for Oncology RNs
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) strongly preferred for ER
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) required for L&D
• Tech Cert Verification - National preferred for OR Tech / Surgical Tech
• State License 1 Verification required
• NURSYS Verification required

• Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility OhioHealth Grant, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 to be eligible to apply.
• Location: Dublin Methodist Hospital (Columbus, Ohio)
• Job: Certified or non certified surgical tech
• Specialty: Ortho & Robotics
• Schedule: 3x12's (Mon/Wed/Thu 0630-1900-days could possibly change); every other holiday
• Call: 2-4 weeknights per month and every 7th weekend (will be included in mandatory call rotation if needed)
• The Surgical Technologist and/or the Certified Surgical Technologist prepares the room and gathers supplies needed for surgical procedures; delivers instruments to the surgeon and other members of the surgical team intra operatively; may function as second assistant to the surgeon; assists in the proper decontamination of the room, supplies and instruments post operatively.

Job Requirements
• 2 years of experience as a surgical tech
• BLS (AHA) certification
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist school or equivalent military training, or 20+ years experience as a Surgery Tech
• Looking for strong ortho and robotics experience

Schedule Information
• 3x12's (Mon/Wed/Thu 0630-1900-days could possibly change); every other holiday
• Call: 2-4 weeknights per month and every 7th weekend (will be included in mandatory call rotation if needed)

Additional Details
• I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required
• Requires a copy of driver's license with them at all times
• This does not expire for the client
• The "date declared" on the form should be the date that the candidate began living in the state, not the date the form was signed
