In addition our surgeons have had a history of performing nearly all facets of contemporary oral and maxillofacial surgery, including: Maxillofacial Trauma, Benign/Malignant Pathology, Reconstructive surgery- microvascular free flaps, local regional flaps, Orthognathic Surgery/TMJ, Cosmetic Surgery, Craniofacial Surgery, as well as contemporary Dentoalveolar Surgery and Implantology. While a significant focus of the practice is on traditional dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, bone grafting/soft tissue procedures, and office based anesthesia services, we will support the surgeon who is seeking a more diverse practice experience. The founding owner will continue to be available to surgically assist, mentor as needed, and help the new surgeon develop their practice. Primarily we are looking for self motivated individuals with great character, work ethic, excellent surgical skills, and leadership abilities. It is our philosophy that each surgeon should be able to develop their own career trajectory and pursue their own various interests within oral and maxillofacial surgery. A partnership track is available to those who wish to pursue practice ownership.
The primary practice facility is a recently renovated 5500 square foot surgical center with six operatories.
