• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring (AWONN INTERMEDIATE required for L&D RNs.)
• Tech Cert Verification - National
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute

Job Details
• Patient Diagnoses: heart failure, chest pain, ESRD, renal failure, neuro/stroke, resp failure, syncope
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: med-surg, telemetry and stepdown unit
• Special Equipment: bedside GE monitors available, AVA system cameras for fall prevention, vein finders
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Float Requirement
• EPIC experience required
• Unit does not accept first time travelers

Additional Details
• Current/valid Drivers License/State ID or government photo ID required. Copy must be in color, no black and white copies of document.
• If certification expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date.

• All candidates must have an active LA License or Compact License upon submission effective immediately.
• If LA State License or Compact License expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date and candidate should provide proof renewal is in process or that they have applied for licensure.
• NURSYS required within 30 days of start.
• Candidates are required to renew their CPI cards through Ochsner (call to schedule).
• Must be updated annually.
