Certification Details
• ACLS - AHA only, RQI is accepted at certain facilities.
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• Tech Cert Verification - National
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
• Color Blind Testing Online
• Competency Exam
• License Verification required within 30 days of start.

Job Details
• High acuity ICU
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Float requirement to other ICUs and SDUs
• Epic experience required
• Preferred Exp with PA catheters & balloon pumps
• No block scheduling requests please
• Will accept 3x12s or 4x12s

Job Requirements
• ACLS, BLS
• Current/valid Drivers License/State ID or government photo ID required. Copy must be in color, no black and white copies of document.

Schedule Information
• Will accept 3x12s or 4x12s

Additional Details
• If certification expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date.
• AHA only. RQI is accepted.
• Required for the following specialties at certain facilities: Cath Lab, CC Step-Down, CCU, CVICU, etc.
• Fit testing within one year of start. All N95 masks are acceptable.
