Position: OB Hospitalist - Full-Time/Part-time

Hospital: St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center

Location: Syracuse, NY

Facility Overview:

• NICU Level: III - Baby-Friendly Hospital

• Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 74

• Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly): 22

• Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists (not including deliveries) (monthly): 106

• Estimated Hospitalists Procedures (Monthly avg): 119

• MFM onsite? Yes - 16-hrs per week outpatient (University of Rochester)

• Residency Program & Type? Yes - Dental, Family Medicine, & Pharmacy

• In-house Anesthesia? Yes

• EMR: Trinity Epic – Together Care

Responsibilities (Location specific):

• OBHG Hospitalists are responsible for all unassigned patients and any OB/GYN emergencies

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time: 5 or more 24-hour shifts per 28-day block

• Part-Time: 2 to 4 24-hour shifts per 28-day block

• PRN: details available upon request

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
