This hospital has 373 beds, the regions only Level lll NICU and prides itself on providing compassionate care including a trusted care team consisting of OB/GYN's, labor and delivery nurses and midwives. Throughout the year, Baptist Health sees 1,056 annual deliveries and 1,200 triage visits. They not only provide spacious rooms, but also have management options as alternatives to epidurals.
Owensboro Health Regional Hospital is a 477-bed hospital built in 2013 to provide acute care and surgical services to residents in the Owensboro community. The Medical Center at Bowling Green is located 60 miles north of Nashville and 110 miles south of Louisville right off of 65. Bowling Green is the third-most populous city in the state of Kentucky and offers a variety of activities for you and your family to enjoy. The hospital currently sees approximately 2,800 annual deliveries and 3,200 unscheduled outpatient visits. Our program elevates patient access, increases birth volume, and attracts new physicians. We aim to improve collaboration with local clinics and work alongside the hospital's residents.
OBHG began in 2006 and leads the industry in developing and managing in-house OB/GYN hospitalist programs. We strive to make care safer for moms and babies while helping our physicians find a work/life balance. Our OB/GYN Hospitalists are the in-house experts whose ability to handle any obstetric emergency dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction. This opportunity involves working collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician every time. We are seeking OB/GYNs with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of our specialty.
If you know an OB/GYN physician who would be a good candidate for our program, there is a referral program where you can earn up to $15k if we hire them as a FT employee!
