We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Assistant to provide vital support across the various human resources functions. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

  • Provides critical operational and administrative support across various Human Resources functions.

  • Supports employee programs and processes, including onboarding, separation, recognition programs, benefit enrollments, and payroll workflow.

  • Coordinates HR team meetings and logistics for learning and development events.

  • Processes invoices and monitors department budget.

  • Manages employee records and ensures data accuracy in human capital management system (Workday).

  • Plays a key role in maintaining confidentiality and supporting business continuity within the department.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 or more years of experience working across the various Human Resources functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experiencing using HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel required. Workday experience preferred.
  • SHRM and HRCI certifications, or willingness to obtain them, desired.

FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading.
  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
