  • 2 years Traveler Experience: Not required
  • Skills: Teamwork approach to patient care, Focus on patient safety
  • Ratios: 1:6
  • Shift: NIGHT 3x12-Hour (18:45 – 07:15) 36 hours 13- 26 weeks accepted!!
  • RTO: 7 days MAX
  • Float Requirement: yes, travelers float first
  • Weekend Requirement: every other weekend
  • Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.

  • UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
  • SCHEDULING TYPE: Manager Schedules
  • UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 Hours
  • SCRUBS: Navy Blue

  • LOCALLY ACCEPTED / Rate Difference: Yes
  • NIH, Neuro exp preferred, Experience/willing to learn the charge nurse role preferred
