Description

Supports facilitating a motivated and confident workforce, leading by example and demonstrating competent leadership qualities.  Responsible for the overall management of inventory in assigned Nursing and/or Ancillary unit(s) as it relates to supply replenishment, maximizing quality, minimizing costs and supporting department goals within system supply chain objectives.  Serve as liaison to Nursing and Ancillary departments to provide working knowledge of product lines associated with the care delivery within departments as assigned.  Supports assigned departments to ensure existing inventory and associated expenses are within budgeted targets.  Ensures consumable supplies are accurately controlled to reduce obsolescence, outdates and waste within the assigned unit(s).  This is accomplished through the maintenance of inventory levels based on PAR Optimization utilization calculations, product rotation; outdate management and ongoing communications with both the customer and Supply Chain Management Leadership team.  In support of assigned departments acts as liaison for all replenishment orders, managing all returns, recalls and product conversions within the areas of assigned responsibility to include proper supply levels, labeling and PAR Level Point of Use changes in the ERP system to ensure that assigned units have accurate PAR Level Min/Max designations.



Qualifications

1.    Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. 
2.    Licensure/Certification: CMRP certification Preferred.
3.    Experience: Previous experience with inventory/receiving/supply distribution in a medical setting is required. Basic knowledge of medical products and their application is required.
•    Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) at a beginner's level required. Supply Chain ERP experience preferred.

Compensation:
Hourly Salary Range Min $27.63  - $30.47 (Offered hourly rate based on years of experience)
10% differential available to external and internal applicants for Per Diem status
