Description

At NorthBay Health the Director, Treasury Services is responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day and period-end Treasury activities including managing the company's cash flow, forecasting, identifying cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities and ensuring compliance with system, and audit standards to maximize the protection of the company's cash assets. Monitors compliance with investment covenants and is responsible for required reporting.  Manages banking and investor relationships needs.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.  
  • Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration, CPA or equivalent preferred. 

Experience

  • Seven years progressively responsible treasury experience
  • Five years in a manager level position in a complex healthcare or corporate treasury environment preferred.  
  • Knowledge of: treasury services, including investing, banking, bond issuance financial disclosure/reporting, and GAAP accounting principles.

  • Demonstrates effective time management, ability to balance workload and complete projects within agreed upon deadlines.

Analytical Abilities

  • Versatile in complex spreadsheet and database applications.  Understands demand analysis, financial simulations and risk theory, IBNR calculations in a capitation environment, and discounted cash flow techniques.

Hours of Work

  • Days – full-time Monday through Friday.  Start and end times, and other hours of work, are subject to business needs.

Compensation: 

  • Annual salary range $207K - $220K ( Based on years of Director level experience)
