Description
At NorthBay Health the C/T Technologist performs general radiographic studies, according to established Q.A. criteria. Scans and organizes images, completes required paper work and charges. Responsible for patient safety and well-being during examinations. Assists and instructs patients during examinations. Performs bedside radiography. Assists with clerical duties. Cleans and inspects equipment prior to use. Reports equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an AMA approved radiology course or training and experience prior to 2000.
- Licensure: Current CACRT with Fluoroscopic permit. Possession of a venipuncture permit or documented venipuncture training prior to January 1, 2013, or possession of a venipuncture permit with 10 venipunctures after January 1, 203, and venipunctures completed within 1 month of hire. AHA or equivalent BLS Certification required.
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in general radiology, at least one year of C/T.
- Skills: Some clerical and computer experience. Practices principles of ALARA.

Compensation:
Hourly salary range $63.32- $76.91 (offered rate based on years of experience)
Generous shift differentials offered for evening, noc and weekend shifts
