At NorthBay Health the Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing the clinical judgment, professional knowledge and distribution skills in the Pharmacy Department to ensure that patients receive pharmaceutical care which is consistent with the goals of the Department and the Organization.

Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.) or Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy, and evidence of required continuing education.
- Licensure: California Board of Pharmacy licensure
- Experience: One year of hospital-based experience in unit-dose distribution and IV additives and/or hospital residency required
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with drug information and therapeutics. Ability to apply professional knowledge and judgment to the provision of pharmaceutical care for patients of the following age groups: Geriatric, Adult, Pediatric and Neonatal

Compensation:
- Hourly Salary Range MIN $87.60– MAX $109.52(Offered hourly rate based on years of experience)
- PM Shift Differential $6.60 per hour
- NOC Shift Differential $21.00 per hour
