Unit Specific Information
• Unit Information: Postpartum
• Number of Staff: ~130FTE's
• Day Shift: 1 charge, 2 co charge, typically around 20 RN's, PCT varies
• Night Shift: 1 charge, 2 co charge, typically around 20 RN's, PCT varies
• Patient Ratios: 1 RN to 3-4 couplets, aim for 1-3 couplets
• Typical procedures: Infant labs, Circumcision (assist in), Frenotomy (assist in)
• Skill Set Most recruited for: Travel RNs
• Must have: BLS, NRP, RN
• Preferred: Candidates with these skills will be considered first
• Dress Code: Scrub Color - Navy Blue
