Pay Range: $22.10 - 27.40 Hourly
This position will require weekend availability
The scheduled hours for the role works Monday's & Thursday-Sunday's from 7:00am-3:30pm and has Tuesday's & Wednesday's off

Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Maintain Perform basic repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, carpentry including: lighting, drywall, painting and door hardware
- Monitor Complete preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs for HVAC and fire suppression systems throughout the property
- Plan Conduct daily property inspections to include, roofs, restrooms, lighting, signage, and service yards
- Assist Support the set up and tear down of event spaces
- Safety Inspect, maintain and service exterior systems and equipment and perform seasonal snow removal and ice treatment

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience required
- Technical or trade school classes in related field required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- Basic carpentry skills preferred
- Painting skills preferred
- Basic electrical knowledge preferred
- Plumbing knowledge preferred
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle records and criminal background check
