Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Providing forecasts for changes in revenue due to actual onsite conditions and feedback from Project Managers
• Assisting our finance team managing forecasts and budgets for global projects
• Gathering and analyzing data weekly on changes to the forecast and provide updated dashboards
• Work with global PM team/finance on monitoring cash collections and provide feedback on risks and opportunities.
• Point person for finance tracking down missing data within the project services group
• Establishing appropriate internal controls and project governance
• Supporting design and execution of the implementation process, including business requirement gathering, process documentation and solutions design
• Implementing change management strategies, ensuring stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to the new process

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

• Proficiency in MS office products
• Experience with ERP systems or similar products
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with technical writing
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated.
