Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the facilities;

Responsible for managing contracts with service providers and managing maintenance, cleaning, reception and property security teams;

Manage the budget related to facilities operations, looking for ways to optimize costs without compromising the functionality and comfort of the work environment;

Responsible for monitoring installation expenses and payments to suppliers;

Track purchase orders related to installations, as well as correct invoices/amounts recorded after services have been provided;

Ensure timely release of PRs, agreements, contracts and closings for facility related requirements; Monitor and ensure that all suppliers comply with security requirements and coordinate all complaints as necessary;

Implement building improvement projects and safety and compliance measures; Coordinate the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of the building, repairs and cleaning needs, in addition to resolving emergency problems related to the facilities;

Ensure that all facilities meet the quality, safety and legislation standards in force in the country;

Assist in developing processes and procedures for the facilities department and implementing continuous improvement programs;

Comply with policies/procedures/standards relating to the company, work process and implemented management systems;

Carry out other activities related to your role and work processes.

Education

Completed Higher Education in Civil Engineering or related areas.

Advanced English

Minimum 3 years with facilities management
