• Ratios: 1:6 is the goal for nights, with a max of 1:7
• Beds: 44
• Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
• Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes

• Open to accommodating block schedule? Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.

• Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate
• RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
