• Weekend REQ (Y/N), Yes, every other weekend requirement. Holiday Rotation
• Is on-call REQ? (Y/N), No
• Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities (Y/N)? Yes, just within the critical care department
• Years of experience REQ: 1.5 years of experience
• First-time travelers accepted: (Y/N): Yes
• License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Certifications REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIH
• Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.
• Local Radius: 60 miles
• Locals Accepted: (Y/N): No locals accepted
• RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs.
