Job Details
• Position/Specialty: CVOR RN
• Shift: 4x10s, 7a-5:30p
• Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes, every third week TH-F-Sat-Sun.
• Weekend REQ: (YES) : Frequency with two travelers it would be every 3rd weekend CVOR call only.
• Will this traveler float between service lines? (Y/N) Yes
• Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N) No

Job Requirements
• Years of experience REQ: 2-3 years
• First time travelers accepted: Yes, with experience
• License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license
• Certs REQ: BLS
• Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
• Special Requirements: CVOR entails CABG, VASCULAR and Thoracic Experience.

• Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Yes, approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed. Based on facility needs.
• Local Radius: 60-mile radius rule
• Locals Accepted: No local travelers accepted
• RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
