  • Certifications/Licenses REQ: BLS, RRT, NRP
  • Certifications/Licenses accepted: NBRC and SC RCP (South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider)

  • Adult RRT Main Hospital
  • Shift: Will work 3x12hrs nights 7p-7a with holidays as needed
  • Types of Cases REQ: High acuity environment - Will need to be able to work in Adult ICU, Stepdown, and Floorcare
  • Is on-call REQ? No
  • Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required
  • Will this traveler float between service lines? Yes
  • Floating Req to Sister Facilities: YES, may have to float to ART which is part of Charleston MUSC. Use the same equipment and policy's
    Job Requirements
  • Years of experience REQ: 1 year experience
  • First-timers accepted: No
  • Experience REQ: Adult critical care experience
  • EPIC and Cerner experience Preferred
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
    Schedule Information

    Additional Details
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Approval prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.
  • Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis
  • Pending State License accepted: RRT SC license must be in hand at time of start
  • RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager/units needs
  • **Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.**
