Position Summary
The Virtual Telesitter is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to play a vital role in our health care team. If you are a strong communicator, enjoy collaborative work environments, and have excellent prioritization skills, this is the role for you.As a Virtual Telesitter at MultiCare you will provide first-line support for at-risk patients. You will maintain patient safety allowing the entire nursing staff to achieve the best of health care management and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- You will provide continuous remote monitoring and observation of assigned patients
- Support patients with verbal redirection to avoid engaging in at-risk behaviors
- Partner with nursing staff in full collaboration
- You will utilize your independent decision-making skills within a supportive environment
- You will manage appropriate supplemental documentation for observation periods
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA)
- Current CPR certification Successful completion of monitoring equipment class within one (1) month of hire
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Previous patient care experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.86 - $28.58 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
