Position Summary

Under the leadership of the Enterprise Human Experience Manager and Enterprise Human Experience Director, the Human Experience Project Manager is responsible for guiding the success of complex enterprise-wide digital health and human experience projects that contribute to the organization's strategic plan. The Project Manager is responsible for all end-to-end aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, implementation, stakeholder management, change management, communication and measurement. The Project Manager works collaboratively with enterprise-wide stakeholders, including Health information Technology, Clinical Operations, Quality Management, Marketing and Communications, Health Information Management, Population Health, The Foundation, and Risk/Compliance, and is a continuous advocate for the Voice of the Community Member by keeping the patient/individual at the center of all discussions and decisions.

Experience

Minimum of seven years of professional experience in a related field.

Minimum of three years' experience within Montage Health or another healthcare organization in a project management capacity.

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of customers across the enterprise. 

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Licensure/Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

Lean certification preferred or commitment to complete
