Certification Details
• Certification requirements by unit are housed in the unit descriptions available in the facility's profile page.
• Certs of completion are acceptable for up to 1 month until official card is issued.

Job Details
• Floating to multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac / Heart and Vascular, Neurology, Medicine and COVID
• Need strong, independent experienced nurses to float ICUs
• If ICU needs they will be expected to float to floors as a staff nurse
• The nursing office staffs: Oncology, Neurology, Med Surg, Medicine, Trauma, Heart and Vascular and COVID
• Ratio: 2:1 on ICU's for all shifts
• Will float to inpatient floors when needed with a ratio of no more 1:3
• Will float to non-critical care units if census is low in ICU, and may be asked to utilized as a patient sitter if needed
• Every other weekend required
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: Floating to multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac / Heart and Vascular, Neurology, Medicine and COVID

Job Requirements
• Does not require specific CVICU experience
• PREFERRED (not required) Cardiac Skill Set: Swans-hemodynamic interpretation, IABP, Impella, ECMO, Vasoactive drips, CRRT
• BCLS, ACLS required
• Chemo, CCRN, NIH, ONS, TNCC, CPI preferred
• Vents, IV start, Tele, Conscious Sedation required
• Triage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma Experience preferred
• 2 years experience required
• Will not accept first time travelers

Schedule Information
• Every other weekend required
