The position will include both clinic and hospital rounding responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of both our hospitalist and clinic teams!

Opportunity:

• Join and collaborate with an experienced primary care physician and one other NP.
• Ability to build your own family medicine patient panel while supporting the physician's practice.
• Will include daytime rounding at the hospital.
• Flexible hours, Monday-Friday
• Enjoy a level of independence and collaboration within the support of a fast-growing health system.
• System-wide Epic EMR

• Graduate of an accredited MSN program
• Current IL RN license
• Current IL APRN license
• Current IL DEA number
• Other certifications as required.
• NP must be able to work with patients of all ages.
• Primary Care Nurse Practitioner experience is required.
• 2 years' Hospital or Critical Care experience preferred.
