• ACLS, BLS, COVID Vaccine Required (Certification), NIHSS, PALS Preferred

Job Details
• A hospital in California is looking for an experienced ICU RN for a travel assignment.
• The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience and hold an active BLS, ACLS, PALS (preferred) and CA license.

Job Requirements
• ACLS, BLS, COVID Vaccine Required (Certification), NIHSS, PALS Preferred
• ICP monitoring and ventrics experience required
• Pass/Fail Dysrhythmia Test (proctored, onsite, day one)
• 2-3 yrs in specialty
• Experience with trauma, neuro-strokes, head injuries, ventriculostomies, ICP monitoring
• Candidates must have previous travel experience or have excellent past experiences at larger, fast-paced facilities

Schedule Information
• 12 hr shifts, schedules made out about 6 weeks in advance
• Every other weekend requirement

Unit Specific Information
• 1 to 1-2 patient ratio, 90% of the time will be 1 to 2 ratio
• No specific holiday requirements at this time, but may be required to work
• Scrub Color: Navy
• RT 24/7
• Floating may be required to any of the tele or medsurg units
• 1 day floor specific orientation on unit
• Common diagnosis/Types of patients: trauma, neuro-strokes, head injuries, ventriculostomies, ICP monitoring
