Virtual Primary Care RN Overview:
The Virtual Primary Care provides virtual care to patients that benefit from ongoing chronic disease management. In partnership with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and advance practitioners, the RN is responsible for creating patient relationships, monitoring vital sign trends, conducting patient visits in between regular office visits, assisting in panel management of patients and providing individualized care to improve patient outcomes.
Virtual Primary Care RN I Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience
- Licensure: Active Missouri RN licensure required. Must be eligible for licensure in other states
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience required
- Certification/Registration: BLS Certification
Virtual Primary Care RN II Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience required. Previous telemedicine, internal/family medicine, or care management experience preferred
Licensure and Certifications: Active Missouri RN licensure required. Must be eligible for licensure in other states. BLS Certification
