Sign on Bonus for Experienced Nurses - up to $20,000

  • Palliative Care - Home Health - Registered Nurse
  • Full Time - 40 hrs. per week - Day Shift - 8 hour shifts

Overview:

The Palliative Care Nurse will be responsible for coordinating palliative care of patients in Home Care and advising/assisting those co-workers in identifying patients that need to be transitioned to Hospice. This nurse may also case manage some patients from the transition period throughout their Hospice length of stay.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Two or more years related experience.
  • Required Education: Graduation from accredited nursing school.
  • Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
  • Preferred Certifications: Current certification as a Hospice and Palliative Nurse.
