Description

This Nursing position will be located in the Orthopedic Hospital Imaging department. Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Walking patients to and from the MRI/CT Holding rooms
  • Starting IV's
  • POC Creatinine testing for Kidney function
  • Reviewing Allergies, going over MRI screening sheet to make sure patient do not have any object that can not enter the MRI room
  • Stocking supplies
  • Responding to medical emergencies or contrast reactions within the Imaging department

Looking for Monday – Friday 7:30a.m -4p.m.

No weekend or call responsibilities.

Overview:

Education: RN degree

Licensure: Must have either a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State working in.

Certifications: CPR required; other certification required according to department policy.
