Overview:

 

Mercy is committed to growing entry-level, high-potential talent. We're looking for the next generation of leaders who can answer the call to provide care that's innovative, compassionate, and rooted in faith.

The Emerging Leaders Program – Rotational Leadership Academy (RLA) is an immersive, hands-on experience where you'll embark on your path to leadership. This unique opportunity to become the leader you were meant to be, working on key assignments to develop fundamental and leadership skills in your first years at Mercy, accelerating your advancement into a leadership role.

 

 

Rotational Leadership Academy is a new two-year, highly selective, cohort-based rotational program.

 

 

In this program you will:

  • Experience a holistic view of our Mercy ministry through three role rotations: Mercy's Performance Divisions, Care Settings (Hospital, Clinic, Retail), and Performance Accelerators. (The Care Settings rotation will be cross-regional, designed to broaden your exposure and experience to other locations and communities Mercy serves.)
  • Develop essential skills as you work alongside senior leaders enhanced with in-person and virtual learning.
  • Receive one-on-one mentoring and coaching from senior management.
  • Uncover your leadership potential by building on your God given leadership talents, explore the healing ministry of Mercy through formation training.


Qualifications:

 

Education Required:

  • Senior graduating with Bachelors (any major) by May 2025
  • 3.2 cumulative grade point average.

Preferred Education:  Dean's List

 

Other:

  • Demonstrated leadership ability in an acedemic setting
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Initiative and passion to work independently.
  • Flexibility, strong decision-making skills, and effective time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work with attention to detail while meeting time constraints.
  • Geographically mobile.

  • Springfield, MO
  • Northwest Arkansas

 

Additional Locations:

  • Geographically mobile
  • Hybrid/Remote possible

 

This program begins in July, 2025.
