Overview:
- The Patient Services Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the group by managing patient interactions, administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
- This position requires a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Described as a “hospital without beds”, the Virtual Care Center is home to a large medical team, but no patients. Using highly sensitive two-way cameras, online-enabled instruments and real-time vital signs, clinicians “see” patients where they are.
