Monday-Friday, 8a-5p- Full Time, 40/hrs.

Overview:
Facilitate the patient/guests experiences at Mercy by providing personal, professional and compassionate service. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma.
- Licensure: Valid Driver's License
- Experience: Previous experience in a Medical Office or customer service position.
- Certifications: None
- Other:
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Preferred Certifications: BLS
