Overview: Lead Enterprise Project Manager (PMP)

 

Position is remote (Work from Home).

Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements Assessing skills and identifying training needs of project team Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers / partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs / impact assessments Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, testing documentation, training, warm handoff and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.  

 


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Eight years of relevant technical, business or clinical work experience.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.

     

  • PMP Certification:  Recognized Project Management certification

     

  • Other Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience with Agile as well as clinical, technology or patient care environment experience.

     

     

  • Preferred: Agile experience in health care environments.  Master's in Health Care/Administration and/or Project Management.
