Overview:

 

Training Coordinators play a pivotal role in facilitating training sessions for both new hires and existing staff across multiple departments. Duties encompass ensuring Transporters maintain CPR certification and staying up-to-date with mandatory training, while also guaranteeing that personnel are well-versed in Emergency Preparedness protocols. This role is also responsible for conducting patient rounds to gauge satisfaction levels, alongside staying proficient in various systems and spearheading preparations for system upgrades to maintain operational readiness.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 years of management is required
  • Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Preferred Education: Associate degree
  • Certifications: CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification is required within 30 days of hire
  • Other: Critical thinking, decision making, and organizational skills. Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50lbs on a regular basis.Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
