Overview: The Hospital Administrator oversees the comprehensive management of the hospital and its clinics, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role is pivotal in achieving budget goals and providing strategic leadership and direction to the hospital.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Seven years of experience in hospital administration with an emphasis on communication, organization, and other management skills.
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare, or Business.
- Other: Ability to be self-motivated and work collaboratively with others.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding and practice of the Institutional Core Values of Dignity, Justice, Stewardship, Compassionate Service, and Excellence.
