- Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience
- Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR RNFA experience prior to travel
- Must have experience with vein harvesting
- MUST have RNFA certification
- MUST HAVE PERM Ohio Active RN License OR Compact RN License.

- TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission
