Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, AHA BLS, PALS, and others may be required for certain departments
• AHA instructory or provider certifications are preferred
• CVOR - National Certification required - NBSTSA for CSFA
• National certifications for CST - NBSTSA

Job Details
• Registered Nurse position available
• Travel/Contract employment type
• Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR RN experience
• MUST have 18 mo perm CVOR RN experience PRIOR to travel
• ALL requirements listed are NON-NEGOTIABLE, no exceptions will be made
• PBDS Assessment – waived
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday

Job Requirements
• 18 months of recent CVOR RN experience is necessary
• Active state RN license required
• AHA BLS required
• Two recent manager references in the specialty applied for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission

Schedule Information
• Either 2-8's and 2-10 hour shifts per week 0600-1430 and 0600-1630 for 72 hours per pay period or 4-10's 0600-1630
• On-call weeknight, weekend, and holiday rotation required
• Float to Main OR when case volume is low

Additional Details
• Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment
• New/extending candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start
