Job Details
• Travel/Contract Radiology / Cardiology position
• IR TECH - 40 HRS DAY M-F
• Shift: Days 7-1530 PM/40 hours weekly
• START DATE: 7/16
• On Call: Call every other week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 1530-2200 and Saturday 0800-1600
• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
• Special Procedures: Scrub for IR, vascular, and pain procedures. They need to be able to work the Philips azurion C arm and the portable C arm
• Skill Required: Interventional Radiology, PACS, Angioplasty, Embolization, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Catheter/drain exchange, Internal/external biliary drainage, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement, Carotid Angiography, Discogram, Embolization, Stent placement, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines), Siemens, Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Scrub- maintain sterile field, GE/Philips azurion C-arm/portable C arm /contrast, cerner
• Skills Preferred: Computed tomography, Ultrasound, IV starts
• Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.

Additional Details
• Required upon hire.
• Required prior to start.
• Only required for allied having direct patient care.
• BLS Heartsaver provider card is required.
• Required for any RN or LPN working in ED or Pediatrics.
• For L&D: certifications must be C-EFM. Awhonn is not acceptable.
• NBSTSA or OTJ experience/military experience required for OR Tech's.
• MLT or MLS certification required for Laboratory. ASCP, AMT is also acceptable.
• Required prior to start.
• State License 1 Verification
• Required for PCU, IMC, ICU and ER
