As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and managing offers for talent across multiple MedStar Health divisions and locations.

Primary Duties:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for a wide range of roles across MedStar Health. Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions, interview notes, and workflow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on compensation, sourcing strategies, and interview processes. Provide guidance on candidate qualifications and selection to ensure alignment with team goals.
Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages within established guidelines, ensuring internal equity and alignment with hiring targets. Extend both verbal and written job offers and facilitate smooth transitions into the onboarding process.
Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire. Meet monthly recruitment goals and contribute to improving the recruitment strategy based on data insights and trends.
Talent Strategy: Actively participate in recruitment initiatives and contribute to process improvements. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance talent acquisition strategies and candidate engagement.
Community Engagement: Represent MedStar Health at local outreach events, career fairs, and professional networks. Serve on committees and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and service across the organization.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition and hiring management tools.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing candidate experience and improving recruitment processes
