Description
Responsible for and directly supervises assigned staff, including tumor registry team members. Ensures data integrity of the cancer registry. Develops reports, maintains regional oncology dashboards, and supports the regional revenue cycle tracking, supports data report requests and submissions for tumor registry; involved instrategic budget process. Assists the Vice President, Cancer Service Line in the analysis of cancer service line performance for streamlined and concise reporting. Acts as a team member in regional operations and assists in a variety of projects as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration required or
- Public Health required and
- Master's degree preferred
- 1-2 years Related experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to efficiently complete all assigned tasks in an effective manner.
- Ability to interact with a variety of constituents throughout the organization, including staff to executive management.
