General Summary of Position
Conducts analysis under limited supervision to identify actionable strategic insights and facilitate key stakeholder decision making.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, business, finance or science-related field (biology, engineering, etc) required
- Master's degree Masters degree in health administration or business preferred
Experience
- 3-4 years 3-5 years of progressive quantitative analytic experience, established knowledge of health care, and experience in strategic planning, finance or service line operations required
Licenses and Certifications
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Certification preferred. preferred
- SHSMD Strategic Planning in Healthcare Credential preferred. preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge and ability to coach use of Microsoft Excel required (e.g., Pivot Tables, Macros, V-Look-up, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, experience presenting to in-person and virtual audiences a plus.
- Demonstrated success with data analysis and interpretation required.
- Experience using SQL, Tableau, mapping, and business intelligence tools strongly preferred.
- Collaborates effectively with team members on priority projects and timely development of key deliverables.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a natural sense of curiosity and attention to detail who properly exercises independent judgement will be most successful in this role.
This position has a hiring range of $70,428 - $131,310
