General Summary of Position
Responsible for a wide variety of complex and routine administrative duties that supports the Quality Department and the Hospital's medicine practices and doctors. Manages day to day activities to ensure all operational responsibilities are completed in an organized, efficient, and timely manner. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interdepartmental collaboration and coordination.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required
Experience
- 1-2 years Administrative experience required and
- Experience in medical setting, with medical billing and receptionist skills required and
- Experience with computerized medical billing and scheduling systems. required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English
- Moderate/Advanced Computer skills for data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- HIPAA policies on Confidentiality
This position has a hiring range of $48,235 - $84,468
