Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Opportunity – MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center

We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery team at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. This position works in a diverse physician practice supporting patients in areas of general plastics, breast reconstruction and gender affirming services, among others. Responsibilities of this role include, first assisting in the OR, inpatient rounding, independent clinics, post-operative care, physician support, new patient visits, and virtual patient engagement.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Occasional weekend rounding as necessary.
To be considered for this role, you will need a min. of 3 years experience in the surgical setting. NP's will only be considered if they already have their first-assist certification. Providers with a background in plastic surgery and/or gender affirming care preferred.
