General Summary of Position
Delivers a superior new-hire experience by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment on-boarding process from the time the verbal offer is accepted, until the associate successfully logs into their day 1 orientation. Responsible for the timely completion of full cycle onboarding process for new associates beginning their career with MedStar Health as well as current associates transitioning to new roles with the system.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree required or
- equivalent combination of relevant experience and education. required
Experience
- 1-2 years Recent experience in high volume scheduling, administrative required or
- Similar human resources experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, organizational skills, accountability/ownership, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for effective communication with new hires/transferring associates.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and work under strict deadlines.
- Knowledgeable of HR and payroll processes helpful.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including, Outlook, Word and Excel.
This position has a hiring range of $23.19 - $40.61
