General Summary of Position
Coordinates and provides nursing support to assure high quality care and service to patients. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of patient in an outpatient setting. Follows department specific policies and procedures and maintains competencies of assigned department.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. required and
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience
- 1-2 years Experience post-graduation as a staff nurse required and
- Experience in specialty area assigned preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or a Multi-State, Compact State or license eligible Upon Hire required and
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required and
- Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit. and
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification Upon Hire required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
This position has a hiring range of $72,758 - $130,041
