Description
General Summary of Position
Responsible for nursing care planning and treatment of ambulatory patients and their families during episodic and chronic visits under the direct supervision of a licensed provider. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the quality of patient care.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED an equivalent combination of education and experience. required or
- Valid LPN license in the District of Columbia, Maryland and/or Virginia. required
Experience
- 1-2 years 2 years experience in a medical office or ambulatory health setting; emergency room or clinical experience involving substantial public contact preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia, or any combination as required based on work location (s). required and
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation required or
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
This position has a hiring range of $23.33 - $37.82
